چکیده

An unambiguous determination of the pairing electrons origination in copper oxide superconductors in necessary to understanding the origin of high-temperature superconductivity. Several years ago, several experiments have produced strong evidence for d-wave pairing symmetry. This result also rules out different from the symmetry in conventional superconductors. Using quantum chemical bond theory to research into the effect of chemical bonding on the feature of element nature change and its resulting change on the copper oxide superconductivity. The origin of Cooper pair electrons in the copper oxide is studied with the symmetry characteristics of superconducting electrons. A conclusion is obtained that Cooper pairs of high Tc copper oxide originate the no-bonded electrons of the bearing superconducting elements. This is an important notion of a thorough understanding of mechanism of high Tc copper oxide superconducting.

Is the nature of magnetic order in copper-oxides and in iron- pnictides different?

We use the results of first-principles electronic structure calculations and a strong coupling perturbation approach, together with general theoretical arguments, to illustrate the differences in super-exchange interactions between the copper-oxides and iron-pnictides. We show that the two magnetic ground states can be understood in a simple manner within the same theoretical foundation. Contra...

Describing the Cooper pair motion along and across the interface by a one-dimensional boson lattice model, we show that a small attractive interaction between the bosons strongly enhances their bindi...

Each Cooper-pair can be considered a bound state of two electrons with opposite spin and momentum. The superconducting ...

3 On the theory of high temperature su - perconductivity

We deal with a model for high-temperature superconductivity which maintains that in cuprates spin-singlet bonds are formed between electrons running in the neighbouring layers of copper oxide found in lattice of these materials. This model reutilizes the BCS scheme, but with the essential difference that the electron pairs are characterized by equal, rather than opposite, mo-menta as in Cooper ...

superconductivity ∗

We present a 2+1-dimensional lattice model for the copper oxide superconductors and their parent compounds, in which both the charge and spin degrees of freedom are treated dynamically. The spin-charge coupling parameter is associated to the doping fraction in the cuprates. The model is able to account for the various phases of the cuprates and their properties, not only at low and intermediate...
